DAY01: Arrive Rishikesh in the early afternoon. After reporting at our city office transfer to nature camp. After an hour of free time with a welcome drink and acclimatization, lunch. After a cup of tea free time for companies own program or we proceed for a jungle walk. Evening camp fire followed by dinner. (those who do not wish to go for jungle walk can relax , play beach ball, or go bicycling or even  for small raft runs.)

DAY 02: Early morning join the yoga class followed by meditation &  relaxation of body and mind. After breakfast we drive to Marine drive, to raft down till the nature camp at Brahmpuri. Today we hit   some of the most exciting rapids on Ganga e.g. black money, three blind mice, and cross fire, Roller coaster and golf course. Lunch at Brahmpuri camp. After lunch free time for companies own programs. (or rafting from camp to Rishikesh) After evening tea the tour terminates .

DAY 02: Early morning join the yoga class followed by meditation & relaxation of body and mind. After breakfast we drive to Vasistha cave which is surrounded with forests near Ganga river, this holy cave is 12 meter long, ideal place for meditation, then we will go to marine drive to raft down till the nature camp at Brahmpuri. Today we hit some of the most exciting rapids on Ganga e.g. black money, three blind mice, and cross fire. Lunch at Brahmpuri camp.  After lunch we drive to Kunja puri (one and half hrs) one of the most important Goddesses of the lower Himalayas. Arrive Hindolakhal and commence trek (01 hr.) to the top of the hill.(Those who do not wish to trek can continue to drive to the top of the hill).After enjoying the sunset on the Greater Himalayan peaks and exploring the area drive down to the camp. Dinner followed by campfire.

DAY 03: After breakfast free time for companies own program. Lunch at Brahmpuri. After lunch raft down to Rishikesh. Today we go for Cliff jump. (One jumps from an over hanging rock wall in to the river pool with life jackets on which keeps them floating after the jump) the best way to gain confidence on the self. Arrive Rishikesh. Course terminates upon arrival at Rishikesh. Drive /board train for onward destination.

After  a  welcome  drink  and  acclimatization lunch, briefing  about the  whole Programme, and staying in outdoors followed  by  introduction  to the staff/professionals. Evening tea. DAY 02: Early morning, wake up for a yoga class followed by meditation & relaxation of body and mind. After yogic breakfast drive to Byasi/Kaudiyala to start the   rafting trip up to Shivpuri. Arrive Byasi briefing on safety, raft maneuvering, team spirit development, selection of leaders for the activity and river discipline. Today we exercise  team  work  and  hit  the  most  exciting  rapids  on  Ganga. Lunch at Nature Resort Camp. Free time for companies own program. Or river crossing and other exercises, Dinner followed by camp fire.

DAY 03: Early morning wake up and drive for one and half hours to Hindolakhal. Arrive and start trek to Kunja puri.  The  one  hour  trek goes  through  thick  forest  till  we  reach  the  top   i.e. Kunja puri. After exploring  the  area   for  some  time  join  the  class  for  asana, relaxation & meditation. Witness the sunrise on Greater Himalayan peaks. Breakfast and afterwards trek (4-5 hrs) down to Nature Resort Camp. The entire trek goes through forests and villages and along the stream. Arrive camp for late lunch.  After lunch Free time for companies own program. Camp-fire followed by dinner.

DAY 04: Morning after breakfast drive to Shivpuri. Arrive and raft down till Shivpuri. Today we perform  in our teams hitting few  of the most difficult and technical rapids on the river. Arrive camp.  One hour free for companies own program. Lunch at Brahmpuri. After lunch raft down to Rishikesh.  Today we go for Cliff jump.

Rishikesh. Course terminates upon arrival at Rishikesh. Drive /board train for onward destination.
